Abstract

Clinical Pathology Laboratory is one of the health services that need to maintain the quality of service. It is desirable that outpatients satisfied with the services provided and become additional value for the hospital. This research has a purpose to analyze clinical pathology laboratory service in Kasih Ibu Hospital. Data obtained by cross sectional approach and also by using questionnaire with 277 samples, processed using The Minimum Service Standards of Hospital, Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia in 2012. Based on the result of the research, concluded that laboratory service with indicator waiting time of result of laboratory service, there is not exchanged specimens result of laboratory examination, ekspertise result of laboratory examination, no error of laboratory examination result, customer satisfaction at Clinical Pathology Laboratory Kasih Ibu Hospital in accordance with SPM Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia in 2012.
