Abstract
This study aimed to examine the factors that effect the intention to turnover in CV. Dian Sehati Sentosa. The intention to exit is a representation about opinion to exit for looking another job in different place and desire to leave the organization (Abelson, 1987). The intention to turnover of employee is a threat for a company. The intention to turnover influences by several factors. There are organization support, organization commitment, and work satisfaction. The data were obtained by the questionnaires shared to emoloyee in CV. Dian Sehati Santosa. Sampling technique that used in this study was purposive sampling with 200 repondents of employee in CV. Dian Sehati Sentosa. Hypothesis was obtained by Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS program. The result of this study indicated that work satisfaction had significant effect towaed the organization commitment, work commitment had significant effect toward the intention to turnover, work satisfaction had no significant effect toward the intention to turnover, organization support had no significant effect toward the work satisfaction, and organization support had no significant effect toward the organization commitment.
