Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of trust and fairness felt by employees in influencing the level of commitment. Commitment is necessary for an organization because if employees have a high sense of commitment will be able to assist the organization in carrying out its operational activities. On the other hand, if the commitment is low it will be bad for the organization. Organizational commitment can be obtained if employees feel satisfied in working. The level of commitment to employees can be influenced by the trust or justice that has been given to the organization's employees, one of which is an employee performance program on the organization. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees who work at the Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta both medical and non medical employees. In addition, the samples used are employees who have committed and have performance on the organization of 100 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is cluster random sampling technique. Hypothesis test was performed by using multistage regression modeling analysis. The results in this study show that trust has a positive effect on commitment. In addition, trust has a positive effect on justice. Justice positively affects commitment to employees. On the other hand, trust is positively influential that mediates to justice. Keywords: trust organization, employee commitment, justice.
