Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis on DM increased 20 times than non DM, while activity germ tuberculosis increased 3 times in patients dm heavy than dm light. Prevelensi pulmonary tuberculosis on DM in indonesia remains high at between 12,8-42 . To overcome failure therapy in patients pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes mellitus then required a health service that a thorough therapy so that the purpose of which is expected to be achieved, one of the pharmaceutical service. Pharmacy clinical service in hospital intended to guarantee of treatment rational to patients. The use of a drug said rational if drug used in accordance an indication, the patient condition and selection of the right medicine ( type, preparations, doses, route, time, and long granting). The research is research non experimental designed a sort of descriptive analytic set. With the data in retrospective of medical record patients inpatients at hospitals Pandan Arang Boyolali 2016 concerning the treatment of tuberculosis complications of diabetes mellitus type 2. Sampling techniques used is purposive sampling. Obtained the data were drawn 32 sample which includes patients tuberculosis complication of diabetes mellitus type 2 on record medical research using drug therapy anti tuberculosis (OAT) and a drug of diabetes mellitus type 2. As many as 30 patient that experience the drug problems related to the treatment of tuberculosis complication type 2 diabetes. The age patients ranged from 38-60 year . The result showed that the use of drugs anti tuberculosis and type 2 diabetes mellitus was accurate, covering the accuracy of treatment 100%, dose too low with been gained 2 patients 6,25 %, not found dose too high for patients 100 % interaction and other patients drug 30 93,75 % for therapeutic pulmonary tuberculosis and complication of diabtes mellitus type 2. And has been in line with the guidebook tackling national tuberculosis of ministry of finance of indonesia in 2014. Keywords : drug related problems, pulmonary tuberculosis
