Abstract
Toxoplasmosis is a disease caused by an intracellular protozoal infection of Toxoplasma gondii. The examination of toxoplasmosis in women of reproductiveg is important because these populations will be adversely affected by Toxoplasma infection that affects abnormalities during pregnancy, even disability can cause fetal death. This research is an observational research with cross sectional design. The research was conducted in Setia Budi University laboratory and Dr Moewardi Hospital Laboratory. The sample comprised 10 samples of married women of reproductive and 10 samples of women of reproductive who are unmarried. Toxoplasma anti IgG detection is done by ELISA method. The results of this study showed 11 respondents positive anti IgG Toxoplasma gondii with percentage (55%) of 20 respondents. Positive IgG Toxoplasma respondents mostly had two or more risk factors.
