Abstract

Bronchopneumonia is a disease of the respiratory tract caused by microorganisms that accounted for the largest in the world. The number of treatments required to cause the risk of drug related problems increasingly high to affect the outcome of therapy. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the patient and drp's cases in patients with bronchopneumonia. One of the aspects related with it is DRP's. Non experimental research which from a retrospective survey conducted through medical records in patients with bronchopenumonia who is undergoing hospitalization in January 2017 until December 2017 at RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. Drug related problems reviewed from medical records are then analyze with using precentages. The occurrence of the points included in drug related problems. The precentage of drug related problems occurring from 45 medical records obtained was analyze. Drug related problems points were analyzed based on the occurrence of drug related problems associated with antibiotic therapy in patients with bronchopneumonia. The results showed that from 45 patients, there were 23 cases experienced drug related problems. The highest incidence of DRP's were drug interactions as much 51,11%, the dose is too low 0,00%, the dose is too high 0,00%, and imprecision of drug 0,00%. Based on DRP's evaluation that has been done of the entire case included in drp's of potential because it was not found significant signs on examination of the vital and the patients clinical condition.
