Abstract
Variables in this research are Patient Loyalty, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Trust, and Satisfaction.This study aims to determine how the influence of CSR on patient loyalty mediated by trust and satisfaction in RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. This study uses questionnaires as a method of data collection.The questionnaire was distributed to 200 respondents who were customers of RSUI Yakssi. Data processing for this research using SEM (Structural Equation Model) technique. The results of this study show that: 1) CSR has no significant effect on satisfaction. 2) CSR has no significant effect on trust.3) Satisfaction has no significant effect on patient loyalty. 4) Trust has no significant effect on patient's health. While 5) Trust has a significant effect on satisfaction. Keywords: CSR, Trust, Satisfaction, Patient Loyalty
