Abstract

Hepatitis is a liver disorder of inflammation (cells) of the liver. Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) can be transmitted by contact with the patient or through body fluids from an infected patient with HBV. The prevalence of Hepatitis B in Indonesia is estimated to reach 18 million people. About 50% are potentially chronic and 10% are potentially leading to liver fibrosis that can lead to liver cancer. Hepatitis B is one disease that can be prevented by the action of vaccination. Theoretically The effectiveness of vaccines in preventing HBV infection is 90% -95%. HBsAb Examination Research aims to determine the existence of Antibodies in the body of health analysts in the area Mojosongo Surakarta. Research type used is Observational with Cross-sectional design. This HBsAb research was conducted by Rapid Test Anti-HBs method. The sample used was 25 serum from Health Analyst students in Mojosongo Area, Surakarta that had been done Hepatitis B Vaccination complete. The result of examination on 25 serum samples of Health Analyst students who have done Hepatitis B vaccination action 3 times found 100% positive samples on Anti-HBs.
