Abstract
Worms are infection diseases caused by parasites in the form of worms. Types of worms that lead to infection it is the intestine nematode class Soil Transmitted Helmint (STH) such as Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworms), Trichuris trichiura (whipworms), Hookworm (hookworms) dan Strongyloides stercoralis (yarnworms). Elementary school children are age groups that are susceptible to worm infection. This is because the habit of playing children don’t wear footwear, consume food sold at school regardless of food hygiene and environment sanitation. The purpose of this study was to determine the infection and percentage of intestine nematode in elemenraty school from SDN 1 Plumutan sub district bancak district semarang. Samples examined in the form of feces samples of children grade one elementary school from SDN 1 Plumutan as much as 22. The type of research is using observation, test sampel by macroscopic and microscopic direct method. Results of Identification Of Intestine Nematode Class Soil Transmitted Helminth (Sth) On The Feces Of Children SDN 1 Plumutan Sub District Bancak District Semarang, one positive Ascaris lumbricoides egg, one positive Hookworm egg, one positive Hookworm larvae rhabditiform and nineteen negative samples.
