Abstract
Evodia suaveolens Scheff. containt of linalool and α-pinene compound which are very efective to mosquito repellent. This study aim to know the influence of additional growth regulators BAP and NAA at strong half Murashige Skoog medium for organ building, callus growth, and active compound of linalool and α-pinene at Evodia suaveolens Scheff. leaf explant. This experiment was done with plant tissue culture. Strong half Murashige Skoog medium was used as grow medium. BAP and NAA as growth regulators. This research used five- combining variation of BAP : NAA were, 0:2; 0,5:1,5; 1:1; 1,5:0,5; 2:0. Organ and callus thus formed then analyist using gas cromatography. Solvent used n-heksana. The result of this research showed that the different of adding variation combiantion of growth regulators BAP and NAA against of root organ building and callus growth. Adding BAP 0 mG/L NAA 2 mG/L had success the best root organ growth was 88,89%, while the best of callus growth at BAP 0,5 mG/L NAA 1,5 mG/L was 73,34%. Adding BAP and NAA at strong half Murashige Skoog medium wiht induce time eight weeks did not influence toward linalool dan α-pinene active compounds degree. Keywords: plant tissue culture, Evodia suaveolens Scheff. leaf eplant, strong half MS medium, NAA, BAP, gas chromatography
