Abstract

Hypertention was a major problem in the global health which need to be treated correetly. Hypertension was also one of the major risk factor to kidney failure. Lifestyle and eating habit were also contribute in jacking up hypertension case. Therefore it needs a descriptive in vestigation on study. The aim of the study got patient of the usage of antihypertension drug on patient with cronic kidney failure in comparation to the therapital and JNC VII. This study was a descriptive study with data retrospective gethering. Sampel of study were all hypertension patient with chronic kidney failure in the Dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri hospital in 2015. The sampling technique total sampling method. The results showed that this type of antihypertensive medication with chronic renal failure used in 2015 include Amlodipine, Furosemide, Irbesartan, Captopril, Imidapril, Bisoprolol, Clonidine, Ramipril and the most types of drug used was Furosemide. Diuretics were the most class of drug used and the use of antihypertensive drug with chronic renal failure by JNC VII was 76,67% and by FRS was 100%.
