Abstract
Patient's satisfaction on service in hospital laboratory is influenced by service quality received by patient. This study aims to determine whether the quality of clinical laboratory services to outpatient satisfaction in Panti Waluyo Hospital Surakarta. This research uses survey method, with purposive sampling technique. Samples were used as many as 217 patients taken from outpatients at Panti Waluyo Hospital Surakarta. The data obtained is then processed using SPSS 17 program. Based on the results of the research indicated that the variables of responsiveness, empathy and physical evidence had partial effect on the outpatient satisfaction at Panti Waluyo Hospital Surakarta Laboratory, while the reliability and guarantee variables did not partially influence. Simultaneously the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence have an effect on the outpatient satisfaction of 46,20%. Keywords: Quality of service, patient satisfaction
