Abstract
Acute respiratory infection is an acute infection that occurs in the respiratory tract and its organs. Acute Respiratory Tract Infection often abbreviated to ARI, the term was adapted from the English terminology Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI). In Indonesia the incidence of respiratory disease nationwide in 2010 amounted to 758 per thousand of the population at the age of five and 16 provinces experienced Extraordinary Events in case Fatality Rate of 7.16%. Figures case fatality rate patients with respiratory disease in 2012 was at 8.45% while the figure increased from the year 2011 increased by 1200 into 8852 . ISPA represents 10 diseases in outpatient and inpatient health center and hospital. Methods ATC / DDD (Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical / Defined Daily Dose) is a system of classification and measurement of drug use has now become one of the centers of attention in the development of research into the use of drugs. System ATC / DDD as the standard international measurement for the study of drug use. Quantitative methods of ATC / DDD of WHO. The percentage derived from quantitative data based on the method of ATC / DDD then dikumulatifkan of the greatest percentage of most small up to know the types of antibiotics that are in use segments called DU 90% or 90% (Drug Utilization 90%). DU 90% is a further development of the data that is given to both the data in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. These results indicate the use of antibiotics that are used in ARD patients hospitalized in Sragen District Hospital in 2014 was the penicillins, cephalosporins, and combined with the value of DDD / 100HR; amoxicillin 50.7; ceftriaxon 27.4; cefotaxime 11.9. Antibiotics were included in segment DU 90% amoxicillin (50.7 DDD / 100HR; 56.3%) in 2014 was 27.4 ceftriaxon DDD / 100HR; 30.5%) and cefotaxime (11.9 DDD / 100HR; 13.2%).
