Isolation rosemary leaf essential oil method using water distillation. Antibacterial effect was done by infecting the skin of the back of the New Zealand White rabbits with Stahpylococcus aureus, after 24 hours of being given the cream rosemary leaves essential oil concentrations of 5%, 10% and 15%. The clinical symptoms that appear on the skin observed during healing and calculating the diameter the number of colonies of bacteria and infection. The data obtained then analyzed two ways anova continued with the Tukey test. The results of this research show ad the concentration cream of rosemary leaves essential oils have antibacterial activity in healing skin infection of Staphylococcus aureus.
