Abstract

This research aims to know the correlation between the perceptions of health and safety programs deal with the organizational commitment of employees at PT. Dan Liris Sukoharjo. The hypothesis which was affered there is a positive correlation between the perception of health and safety programs deal with organizational commitment. This research uses quantitative methods and the sampling is used purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this research are employees of PT.Dan Liris Sukoharjo, the total sample are 63 employees. The instrument used in this research is scale perceptions scale of occupational health and safety program usage and scale of organizational commitment. The method used to analysis the data is correlation Product Moment by Pearson with the help of SPSS 20.0 for windows release. The results of data shows that the correlation coefficient is rxy = 0.407, whit p = 0.001 (p < 0.01). It shows that there is a very significant positive correlation between perception of occupational health and safety program with the subject of organizational commitment, so the hypothesis of this research is accepted.
