Abstract

Abdominalis typhus (Typhoid fever) is intensive bacteria infection diseases which started in intestines mucus membran and if it not potioned well, it will attack the entire of body tissue progressively. The examination of blood and widal serology become supporting of typhoid fever diagnosis. Sample of data taken from excessively 105 typhoid fever medical record’s patient who treated in clinic of dr.Netti in Sragen. It was the outcome of widal examination with positive agglutination, quantity of leukocyte, and thrombocyte. The data analyzing used the descriptive analysis and tested with Anova One Way method. The data processed resort to SPSS for windows 17’s program. This research head for find out where abouts the distinction the average score leukocyte and thrombocyte between agglutination’s group toward kind of Salmonella’s antigen in clinic of dr.Netti in Sragen. The result of research indicated that leukocyte’s significance value with p > 0,05 (0,486) and thrombocyte value with p > 0,05 (0,505), so that it can be concluded there was not an evident connection between quantity of leukocyte and thrombocyte every group toward positivity of the widal test to typhoid fever’s patient in clinic of dr.Netti Sragen in 2015.
