Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a group of chronic diseases marked by enhancement blood sugar levels (hyperglikemic) in the blood as a result of disrustion in the body’s metabolic system. examination of creatinin levels on patiens with diabetes mellitus is to detect abnormalities in the kidney, which is a complication of diabetes mellitus. The method used in this research in secondary data analysis checks creatinine levels in 77 samples of patients with diabetes mellitus in RSUD Recidence Karanganyar. Basen on data from laboratory results creatinine level in 77 samples of patients with diabetes mellitus in getting the result creatinine levels above the normal value or an increase 12 samples (15,6 %) while creatinine levels are still on the verge of the normal value or non increase 55 samples (84,4 %) Key words: Diabetes Mellitus, creatinine
