Abstract

TB disease is an infectious and contagious disease, which caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Transmission of tuberculosis occur through air and droplet nuclei. Diagnosis of tuberculosis by imunochromatography tuberculosis (ICT-TB) ed IgM/IgG rapid test with serum. The examination method was good, because it can detect both primary and post-primary tuberculosis. This study aimed to determine the relationship of the examination IgM/IgG tuberculosis and the duration of cough patients. Data retrieval was performed on 19 December 2015-5 January 2016. The data was in getting as many as 22 people who done the examination. Research carried out that examination IgM/IgG tuberculosis conducted at the private Laboratory Clinics and Hospitals of Sragen. The results of the examination IgM/IgG Anti Tuberculosis is obtained from 22 patients with intervals longer cough <1 Week 2, 1 Week 3, 2 Weeks 5 people, 3 Weeks 6 people, 1 Month 3 people, 2 Months 2, 3 Months 1 person. Retrieved 19 people with the results of IgM Negative and 5 people with positive IgG results. Based on the results of the examination there is no relationship between duration of cough with the results of the IgM/IgG Tuberculosis. Old coughing especially less than one month can not be as decisive positivity of IgM/IgG. Key words: ICT-TB, IgM/IgG , Tuberculosis, Old cough.
