Abstract

Hypertension been increased blood pressure systolic more than 140 mmHg and blood pressure diastolik more than 90 mmHg upon twice measurement with a hose five minutes in a quiet state . Factors that can enlarge risk someone suffers from hypertension , genetic factors as well as the environment .The purpose of this research to know what medication and most commonly used as an antihypertensive in the in-patient RSUD karanganyar 2015. The research was done by using the method desktiptif that is non experimental, with way to a sample data is retrospective. Conducted by looking at the notes medical record patiens with hypertension in installasion karanganyar hospital. The results showed antihypertensive drug use in patient karanganyar hospital in 2015 the data showed drug used side are: ACE Inhibitor : Captopril. Beta bloker : Bisoprolol. Kalsium antagonis: Nifedipin, amlodipin. Angiotensin II antagonis: Diovan, candesartan. Diuretik: Furosemid, HCT, ISDN. Spironolacton. And more: Clonidin. Antihypertensive drug much used are of calcium antagonistic namely amlodipin. Conformity the use of drugs antihypertensive against formulary and JNC 8 with a large percentage of 63,64 % and 79 %.
