Duku leaves extracted using a solvent of water with infundation method. Analgesic method used is witkin. Giving inductor pain that would cause writhing. Analgesic effect of the extract of the test or medication will reduce or eliminate such a response. Test animals were divided into 5 groups, each group consisted of 4 mice. Group I (negative control) distilled water, group II (positive control) paracetamol, group III (infusion of duku 78 mg/kg BW dose), Group IV (infusion of duku 156 mg/kg BW dose) and group V (infusion of purple spinach 234 mg/kg BW dose)). The number of writhing was calculated every 10 minutes during 60 minutes . Data have been obtained then analyzed statistically using ANOVA with a level of 95 % followed by SNK test . The results showed that duku infusion has an analgesic effect on white male mice were induced pain. The most effective dose Analgesic of duku infusion is 156 mg/kg BW.
