Abstract
Mikroemulsi is a system that is not stable thermodynamically, transparent with globul size 20-200nm. Grape seed oil contains compounds proanthocyanidins which its compounds are main functions was to ward off free radicals that damage DNA, whether free radicals derived from the environment or which are in fact the result of the metabolism of the body. This research aims to make the material of the clear and stable mikroemulsi by using the variation comparison of surfactant PEG 7 GlicerylCocoat Oil and kosurfaktanPropilenglikol, i.e., 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%. Test the stability of the preparation includes the organoleptic test shows that viscosity mikroemulsi grape seed oil has the consistency of liquid with viscosity values of 1.0159 cps, test density using pignometer and get a result of 1.01 g/ml, and centrifugation Test with a speed of 3000 Rpm for 10 minutes shows that mikroemulsi remain stable, phase separation does not occur, and the deposition as well as clear.
