Abstract

Soursop fruit is effective as a natural antioxidant in the body. Soursop believed able to cure heart disease, constipation and arthritis.Soursop fruit is often used as raw material for juicy drinks. Soursop fruit juice obtained by performing solvent melting it with distilled water. To be more effective in its use, it has to be developed into a ready-to used form, lozenges. This research aimed can make preparations tablets suction soursop juice (Annona muricata L) with fastener PVP, knowing the influence of variation of concentration PVP against physical quality suction tablets, can find out what formula that can produce suction tablet juice soursop (Annona muricata L) with the most excellent physical quality. Lozenges made using wet granulation method. Formula I, II, III binder PVP concentration of 1%, 3% and 5%. Ganul obtained and tested drying shrinkage, flow time, and angle of repose. Tablets obtained test weight uniformity, hardness, friability, time dissolves, and test response flavor. The results of the research that soursop fruit juice can be made into readyto used lozenges. Weight uniformity tablet is no distorted. Tablet hardness testing meets the requirements of 10-12kg formula I formula II 10.4 kg to 11.5 kg and 12.9 kg of formula III. Testing the fragility of formula I formula II 0.064 0.053 III 00:04 formula. testing time late show less than 30 minutes tablet can be dissolved.
