Abstract
Glucose analyze used the sample of serum and plasma, this analyze used a serum. The delayed of this analyze happened because the place is so far, the tools are semiautomatic, depleted reagents, the tools are broken, blackouts and there is no worker as analyze of healthy. The aims of this analyze is to know the differents of glucose serum between 0 hour, 6 and 9 hour separate serum, then to know how long glucose be hold out in serum. This analyze used enzymatic hexokinase. The result of serum glucose levels before and after a delay of 6 hour and 9 hour separate serum using a statistic approach and using computer program and Two Way ANOVA test. The result shows significant, there is more than 0.05 (>0.05). It means that the rate of glucose serum before and after 6 hour and 9 hour is not different and there is no interact between some sample and time.
