Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is an inflammatory reaction of the urothelium as the entry of microorganisms into the urinary tract. Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) can affect all ages and sexes of women and men started without symptoms until symptoms severe enough. Improper use of antibiotics can lead to drug resistance, increased morbidity, mortality and treatment costs. The main of research to know the profile of the bacteria that cause urinary tract infections and antibiotic resistance patterns of the level of Clinical Microbiology Laboratory Hospital Dr. Moewardi. This study used cross sectional design, data collection restospektit against secondary data analyzed descriptively The results show Urinary Tract Infections are often found in women aged > 50 years as many as 202 CFU/ml (63.1%), and the type of pathogens causing Urinary Tract Infections are the most Gram negative Escherichia coli is found as many as 98 CFU/ml (47.34%), second most was Klebsiella pneumonia was found in 58 CFU/ml (28.0%), the third order Acinotobakter baumannii is found as many as 31 CFU/ml (14.97%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa is found as many as 20 CFU/ml (9.6%). While this type of Gram positive Staphylococcus haemolyticus found as many as 11 CFU/ml (37.93%), Enterococcus faecealis found as many as 10 CFU/ml (34.48%), Staphylococcus aureus is found as many as 8 CFU/ml (27.58%). Sensitivity pattern shows that the germ of the above has a high resistance to ampicillin. Sensitive to the types of antibiotics against Ertapenem, Meropenen, Staphylococcus haemolyticus Nitrofuration sensitive, resistant to Cefotaxime, Doripenem, Entercoccus faecealis sensitive to Tigercycline, Vancomycin, resistant to Cefatoxime, Doripenem, Staphylococcus aureus, is sensitive to Amoksillin, Meropenen, Ciprofloxacin, Linezolid, resistant against Levofloxacin, Rifampicin, Keywords: Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), Gram negative bacteria, Gram positive, antibiotics, bacterial sensitivity patterns.
