Abstract
The Process of laboratory quality control consists of 3 important steps : preanalytic, analytic and postanalytic. Phlebotomy is the action of getting blood specimen to examine in laboratory. A Phlebotomist must know about good phlebotomy technique in order to sample quality to get good to be examined. This research intends to know the relation of knowledge grade from health officer about phlebotomy and sample quality. This research is a descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The research subject are 46 health officer in clinic laboratory in RSUD dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Knowledge and sample quality measured using quesioner. Data analyze uses Pearson corelation. The result of this research is significant positive corelation between phlebotomy knowledge grade and sample quality with low corelation (r=0,292 ; p=0,049).
