Abstract
Hospital laboratory service is still an important study in hospital marketing research to improve good performance which will effect to patient satisfaction. This study was aimed to examine the effect of laboratory quality service toward health BPJS outpatient’s satisfaction mediated by laboratory analyst performance at RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Method used in this research was data collection technique done by delivering 311 questionnaires to the respondents, BPJS outpatient RSUD Dr. Moewardi with Likert scale. Sampling technique done by purposive sampling. The data were processed by using SPSS 17. Hypothesis test which stated the relationship between variables in the research model of data analysis was done by multicolinierity test, (Test F / ANOVA) significant test and regression coefficient was tested by hierarchical regression. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the outpatient satisfaction between variables can affect the quality of services through performance variables as mediating/ intervening. It is indicated that the results of the study hypothesis I, II Hypothesis, Hypothesis III, and IV hypothesis were supported. Keywords: Quality of service, patient satisfaction, performance
