Abstract
Study of service information systems quality in organizations that focus the consumer services remains a critical review of the information systems researches, this is due to the variety of the sudies result on the organization of the study due to the collection of a different object (Carlson and O'Cass, 2010; Udo et al., 2010). The purpose of this study was to examine the establishment of the intention to use information systems that are influenced by user satisfaction and web service quality with a website as a variable web site contents predecessor. Samples were patient Dr. Moewardi, with purposive sampling techniques and the criteria used are the patients who are already using websites Dr. Moewardi at least 1 time, the number of respondents are 200. Hypothesis testing using AMOS, testing measurement tool is SPSS. Based on the results of the analysis showed that all hypothesis is supported but hypothesis 2 is not supported. The hypothesis is supported web service quality on the intention to use, user satisfaction of the intent to use, and the web site contents to see the web service quality. While the hypothesis is not supported website service quality to the user satisfaction. Keywords: Intention to use, user Satisfaction, Website Service Quality, Web site Contents.
