Abstract
Service quality is the size of an individual’s act to other people through providing product or service in order to meet the need, desire and expectation of the people he or she serves. This study aims at investigating the between the Service Quality in Laboratory and Outpatients’ Satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Surakarta. The research populations were outpatients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Surakarta. This study applied survey method. A total of 50 respondents were used as samples for questionnaires and 100 samples were for the research. Purposive sampling technique was employed in this research. The data analyses included validity test, reliability test, and simple regression linear test. Data were analyzed using SPSS program. The results of data analysis indicate a significant influence between the quality of service and outpatients’ satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Surakarta.
