Abstract

Discussion on information system performance keeps becoming an important study. This is so for information system performance is the measuring rod for the success of the information system in an institution. Therefore, this study aims at examining the quality of information system and jobsatisfaction in contributing to the information system performance at Dr. Moewardi Regional Public Hospital. A total of 1,196 in-house employees at Dr. Moewardi Regional Public Hospital of Surakarta were the research population. The samples were 200 respondents and were obtained using cluster sampling technique by taking representative from each area. The data were analyzed using Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS application. On the basis of the analysis results, all hypotheses are supported, i.e. job satisfaction on system performance, the quality of information system on job satisfaction, and the quality of information system on information system performance.
