Abstract
Hepatitis B infection is 10 cause of death in arround the world. Based on the result of the Ministry of Health hepatitis prevalency in Indonesia at 2013 was 1,2%. The most important diagnose and screening in the hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection was HbsAg, due to this antigen was the fastest indicator which can be detected in patient who infected HBV, whether it is critical or chronic. This research was aimed to know the differences diagnostics test of the result of investigation HbsAg Strip rapid test and pack rapid test method in suspect of hepatitis B patient in di RSUD Dr. Moewardi. The sample that used was 30 serum samples of suspect Hepatitis B patient in RSDM. desain of this research used diagnostic test which distinguish sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, PLR, NLR and accuration of the result of investigation HBsAg method of strip rapid test and pack rapid test. Analyzing the data uses diagnostic test with the table 2x2. The diagnostic test of pack rapid test with the sensitivity 96,30% spesifisitas 100%, PPV 100%, NPV 25%, PLR 0, NLR 0,04 and accuration 93,33%. Prosentase of rapid strip Kits for HBsAg and CMIA got sensitivity 85,19%, specificity 66,67%, PPV 69,15%, NPV 50%, PLR 2,58, NLR 0,22 and accuration 86,67%. In conclusion, diagnostic test of the investigation HbsAg strip rapid test and pack rapid test method in the suspect of hepatitis B patient was good on sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, PLR, NLR and accuration in RSUD Dr. Moewardi.
