Abstract
As a Hospital providing service of the pathology clinic for the society, waiting time and trust the pathology clinic services, the sooner waiting time the results of investigation the higher satisfaction patients and trust impact on patients satisfaction, the higher belief in officer who carry out the pathology clinic services, the higher the level of patients satisfactions. The objection of this research is to describe the level of satisfaction , analyze the influence of waiting time and trust towards the service of pathology clinic to patients satisfaction at RSUD Bajawa. The method that is used in this research is cross sectional approach. The samples are about 265 correspondents. The instrument used is questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis is used Chi square α = 0.05. The result of the research based on statistic test Chi square thatimpacts between waiting time and patients satisfaction btained the value 0.036 p, then pear son Chi square 0.05 said that there was a significant relation exists between waiting time on service of a clinic laboratory to patients satisfaction at RSUD Bajawa.While the impacts in trust of the patients satisfaction of respondents obtained the value 0.005 p, then pearson Chi square 0.05 said that there was a significant relation exists between trust on clinic laboratory service towards patients satisfaction at RSUD Bajawa.
