The incidence of CHD increases by 137% in men and 120% in women. Pathophysiology of CHD is preceded by the presence of cholesterol which forms plaque / atheroma in the intima of coronary arrests that cause atherosclerosis. Statins are the first line drugs used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and primary prevention of atherosclerosis. The largest patient for Old Myocardial Infarction is 174 patients with a percentage of 50.59%. Based on the suitability of the FRS and the Ministry of Health in accordance with the drug atorvastatin 105 patients with a percentage of 58.99% and simvastatin 114 patients with a percentage of 100%. Based on the ACC / AHA Blood Cholesterol Guideline 2013 which is suitable for the drug atorvastatin of 178 patients with a percentage of 100% and simvastatin drug for 114 patients with a percentage of 100%.
