Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of budgetary participation, budged goal clarity and public accountability on the manajerial performance in the SKPD of Surakarta. The study sample was 93 people of 31 SKPD. Data collecting technique that used in this watchfulness uses quesoner (inquiry). Statistics test is done Statistical Package for Social Science (IBM SPSS) version 21 for windows. The results of this study shows that: 1) Budgetary participation significant positive impact on SKPD manajerial performance (H1 accepted), 2) Budged goal clarity significant positive impact on SKPD managerial performance (H2 accepted), 3) Public accountability significant positive impact on SKPD managerial performance (H3 accepted).
