Abstract
The sample taken in this research in using census method. Data is collected using survey method with qouestionnaire technique. The target of respondent in this research 110 respondent”s data that can be processed is only 83 respondent”s. To test the quality of data from the instruments being used, is conducted with validity test and reabillity test. Classical assumption test which consict of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autokorelasi test, is intended as the prerequisite to conduct multiple linear regression test. The results of processing the data, it can be concluded as follows: there was a significant effect of Intellectual intelligence on the performance of auditors. There is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of auditors. There is a significant effect of spiritual intelligence on the performance of auditors. There is a effect of proffesional ethics on the performance of auditors. There is a significant effect of professionalism. Intellectual intellingence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, proffesional ethics and professionalism jointly influential on the performance of auditors.
