Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of economic growth, local own-source revenue, general allocation fund, and special allocation fund. The dependent variable in this study is allocation of capital expenditure budget. The populations of this study are regency/city that listed on the Cental Java Central Bereau of Statistics period 2011-2014. The samples of this study are 35 regency/city that selected by purposive sampling method. This study used multiple regression as the method of analysis. The results of this study shows that: 1) The economic growth significantly affect on allocation of capital expenditure Budget. 2) The local own-source revenue significantly affect on allocation of capital expenditure Budget. 3) The general allocation fund significantly affect on allocation of capital expenditure Budget. 4) ) The special allocation fund significantly affect on allocation of capital expenditure Budget.
