Abstract
Accounting Program of Undergraduate Program. Faculty of Economy. Universitas Setia Budi. Supervisor I Yulianto, SE., MM., Akt. Supervisor II Dian Indriana, SE., M.Sc. This research aims at finding the influence of Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning per Share (EPS) on share prices. This research uses secondary data. The method used to obtain the data is purposive sampling method with total number of obtained samples of 60 companies in the period 2011-2012. This research uses classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroskedacity test, multiclolinearity test, and auto correlation test) and hypothesis tests (F test, T test, coefficient determination and compound linear regression analysis) The result of the research shows that the three variables of Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning per Share (EPS) have a significant influence on price shares. Key words: Price shares, Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Earning per Share (EPS)
