Abstract

ANALYSIS OF INTENTION TO CONTINUE TO USE HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM BPJS IN SURAKARTA CITY. FINAL PROJECT. MANAGEMENT DAPARTEMENT. FACULTY OF ECONOMICS. UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI. ADVISOR DIDIK SETYAWAN, SE., MM., M.SC. CO ADVISOR ARI SUBAGIO, SE., MM. This study aims to examine the influence of intention in continueing the BPJS information system. The basic Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis et al. (1989) were modified to suit the purpose and object of research. This study use moderated regression analysis (MRA) to test the perceptual effect usefulness and perception aese against intention to continue to use that moderated by experience. The object of this study take the an object three hospitals (RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta, RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta, RSU Kasih Ibu Surakarta). Sampling using purposive sampling a total of 85 respondents. Data processed using SPSS. The study use analysis to data processing on this model shows that there are significant influence between perception usefulness on intention to continue to use, There is significant influence on perception easy between intention to continue to use, There is no significant influence between variables experience moderating the perceptual effect usefulness in intention to continue to use, There is no significant influence between variables experience moderating influence on the perception ease intention to continue to use.
