Abstract
In an effort to survive in the competition, hospital need to maintain patients in order for stable earnings. One effort to retain costumers is create the intention of re-treatment. It is related to the hospital image and patients satisfaction. The populations in this study are patients who seek treatment at the Regional Public Hospital DR. Moewardi Surakarta. Total of the samples are 200 respondent. Data collected using purposive sampling method. Data analyzed using hierarchycal regression. The results of the hypothesis test shows that patients satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between brand image and intention of re-treatment. Also, brand image can affect indirectly on the intention of re-treatment through the mediation of patients satisfaction. Keywords: Brand Image, Patient Satisfaction, Intention of Re-Treatment
