Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effect to service quality of website on the intention to online register. The dependent variables that used in this study is intention to online register which measured satisfied using, recommendations from others. The mediation variables in this study is service satisfaction. The objects that used in this study is RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta outpatients. Total of the samples are 200 respondents that choosed by purposive sampling. Measuring instrument that used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study showed that all hypotheses are accepted. Based on result of this study,showed that the better the services of quality which are given can build on service satisfaction so that increasing the intention to online register. Keywords: Service Quality of Website, Service Satisfaction, and Intention to Online Register.
