Abstract

Hospital Wakatobi implement the policy health service improvement. Observations beginning in IFRSUD that the management of medicine at the selection, procurement, distribution and the use of a drug the JKN era of still there is a problem. The purpose of this research is to analyze and measuring the degree of efficiency in the management of drugs in IFRSUD districk Wakatobi. The design of research that is used is descriptive, by evaluating data management a drug obtained in retrospective in 2014 and concurent at the time of the. Data of measured the efficiency using Health Ministry and WHO indicators and supported the results of interviews, then by comparison with a standard or other research and later on processed and described priority based on analysis of the action plan with the methods Hanlon. The research results show that management systems a drug that according to standard : the percentage funds (100%), the percentage match physical a drug (100%), the average time to serve a prescription (5-17 minutes), the percentage prescription generic (90,89%), the percentage a drug that labeled true (100%). Stage management a drug that are not based on standard : the percentage conformity items a drug (67,57%), allocation percentage funds (8,15%), the percentage between planning (69,38%), frequency procurement (1 times), the frequency of error an invoice (0,69%), the frequency of the delay in the payment of (0,29%), the percentage between procurement drug e-Catalog (79,07%), ITOR (3,27 times), the availability of medicines (6,67 months), the percentage value expired / damaged (5,05%), the percentage stock die (10.8%), the percentage netted prescription (91,2%), the percentage prescription not served (14,52%), the number of items a drug (3,81 items). Priority problem handling as follows : 1) establish the committee pharmacy and therapy (PFT) and composes formulary, 2) proposed budget increases, 3) an analysis ABC-VEN, 4) integrating sop, 5) applying to information system management (SIM) management of medicine.
