Abstract

Pharmacy installation of Hospital conducted drug management consisting of selection, procurement, distribution and use. Recalling that drug management system in Pharmacy Installation of H. Hasan Basery Local General Hospital (IFRSUD H. Hasan Basery) is still toward achieving the standard indicator value, the author aimed to evaluate the extent to which the drug management system in IFRSUD H. Hasan Basery during national health insurance age. The author used a descriptive exploratory design that was retrospective and concurrent in nature. Retrospective observation included planning and drug use report, financial report, drug procurement report, invoice, and stock opname report. Meanwhile concurrent observation included patient’s average prescription waiting time and percentage drug prescription that could not be given by pharmacy division. The measurement of standard indicator value was carried out using standard value control as an evaluation on drug management system. The result of research showed that drug management system had not been consistent with standard: percentage compatibility of drug to ForNas II was 0.12%, 55.22%, and 53.21% for complementary, generic and BPJS drugs respectively; the percentage fund allocation for drug procurement was 42.56% in 2014; percentage compatibility of drug procurement to e-catalog was 2.94%, 69.78%, and 72.48% for complementary, generic and BPJS drugs respectively; percentage services for general patient and jamkesda (local health insurance) were 59.43% and 71%; and percentage drug that could not be given was 2%.
