Abstract

Rates INA-CBG's is a payment claim for the cost of therapy for patients based on the grouping of disease diagnosis and procedures. The costs of sectio caesarea, medicine and expensive medical apparatus which that the total fees paid patients will increase. The aim of this study to determine the factors that influence the cost of Sectio caesarea therapy and treatment according to the INA-CBG's of patients who use the facilities of the national health insurance (JKN) class 3 are hospitalized in RSUD Sukoharjo. Data were obtained retrospectively period October 2014-March 2015 with code : INA-CBG’s O-6-10-I / II / III. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis for patient characteristics, the characteristics of the case, and cost of therapy components. The bivariate analysis is used to analyze the factors that influence the cost of therapy. The according cost of therapy with INA-CBG’s rates analyzed using one sample t-test. The results showed that patients who entered the inclusion criteria, 104 patients. Average cost Sectio caesarea on the first severity is Rp4.420.288 with LOS (Length of Stay) 5.12 days, the second severity is Rp 6.941.532 with LOS 8.25 days, and the third severity is Rp 9.005.833 with LOS 10 days. Most financing component are the cost of operative measures and the cost of medicine or medical apparatus. Factors affecting the cost of therapy were age (p = 0.000) and LOS (p = 0.010). The cost of hospitalization and sectio caesarea process for patients JKN grade 3 with code INA-CBG's O-6-10-I / II / III period October 2014-March 2015 higher and no significant difference in the rates INA-CBG’s.
