Abstract

Gastritis is a desease which can happen at digest cause infection on the gastric mucus. In RSUD Karanganyar, gastritis belong to ten grade most infectious to the Nursing Care Instalation of RSUD Karanganyar in 2014. The purpose of this research is to know gastritis drug evaluation of usage on geriatric patient in Nursing Care Instalation of RSUD Karanganyar in 2014. This research use descriptive non experiment method by retrospective. The research was done with processing second fact of gastritis drug to observe the used of gastritis drug in geriatric patient in 60 years above on 2014 January to June in Pharmacy Instalation of RSUD Karanganyar. The fact then be analyzed and taken the conclusion from drug evaluation of usage. The result of analyzed fact can be conclude if the usage of gastritis drugs in Nursing Care Instalation of RSUD Karanganyar are Ranitidin, Omeprazol, Pantoprazol and Sukralfat. The gastritis drug evaluation of usage has been accurately suitable with indication, drug, patient and dose with average 100%. The conclusion is gastritis drug of usage on geriatric patient in Nursing Care Instalation of RSUD Karanganyar in 2014 has been suitable with the standard medical service and hospital formulary.
