Abstract
A company needs an effective leader who has influenced in a position to the behavior of its members or his men. A leader of the organization will be recognized as a leader if he is to make an impact and draw in a position subordinate to organizational goals. This study aims at the relationship between leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance in the clinic of Dr H. Chasan determine Boesoiri Ternate. In this study, the research design used to measure the relationship between variables and to analyze the influence of one variable to another variable, the variables used in this study new leadership, motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Samples are some people in the hospital Dr H. Chasan Boesoiri Ternate. Data were descriptively analyzed to determine the response of responses to the questionnaire. Try a measurement reliability can be free of errors (error), creating a consistent measurement results under various conditions and test hypotheses using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show ad all the variables tested in the hospital Dr. H. Chasan Boesoiri Ternate a significant impact on the individual variables, leadership significant effect on work motivation and CR values of 3.099, motivation significant effect on satisfaction with C.R-value of 2.760, leadership significant effect on satisfaction with C.R rate of 3.506 have job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees with a C.R rate of 2.997, motivation significant impact on the performance of employees with a CR rate of 2.076 and guide a significant impact on employee performance wits C.R value note of 2.060.
