Abstract
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Adherence to long treatment Tuberculosis is key in controlling tuberculosis. It should be remembered that compliance becomes a dynamic complex phenomenon with a variety of factors that impact the patient's treatment-taking behavior. Inadequate health care, poor understanding and treatment adherence are major obstacles to finding effective solutions. The purpose of this study was to know the pattern of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment and to know the suitability of the use of Anti Tuberculosis Drugs in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at UPT Puskesmas Setabelan in the period of January 2014-December 2017 was in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 364 / MENKES / SK / V / 2009 About Tuberculosis Control Guidelines. This type of research is a retrospective research with descriptive method. Sampling technique by purposive sampling. The number of samples entering the criteria is 30 samples. The results showed that the pattern of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment at UPT Puskesmas Setabelan Surakarta from January 2014 to December 2017 was in accordance with National Guidelines for Tuberculosis and 30 (100%) patients were declared cured.
