Abstract

Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a condition in which the flow behind (reflux) esophageal gastric contents into the poses solar plexus pain (heartburn) and taste like burned in esophageal. The prevalence of GERD from year to year increases, such as in hospitals as much as 343 Sragen year 2016 year 2017 and patients as much as the 557 patients. This research aims to know the conformity evaluation of the use of drugs and doses of drugs given to patients GERD in Outpatient Hospitals Sragen Installation year 2017. This research method using descriptive non experimental in retrospective. This research was conducted by means of medical record data processing use of GERD in JulyDecember 2017 at the Provincial Hospital Outpatient Sragen installations that meet the criteria. The data obtained are then analyzed the use of most drugs, the suitability of the use of drugs against Formularium hospital and tatalaksana GERD as well as the accuracy of the dose with the drug information handbook. After analyzed and then taken the conclusion. The results showed that drug therapy is often used in the treatment of GERD is Omeprazole of 13.64% while frequently used combination therapy is a combination of Omeprazole and Sucralfat of 22.73%. The suitability of the use of drugs in the hospitals 100% compliance with the sragen formularium hospital and 24.24% in accordance with the consensus of the national treatment gastroesofageal reflux disease in indonesia. The accuracy of the dose with the drug information handbook of 100%. Key words: GERD, Sragen General Hospital, Gerd Drugs
