Abstract
Senna folium (Cassia angustifolia Vahh L.) and starfruit (Averrhoa bilimbi L) are plant whose the leaves can br useful to cure of many disease. This study have a purpose to a knowing bagtea the combination decrease abdominal fat, weight and to knowing maximal dose with high effect’s in female white wistar rats. This study use female white wistar rats as much as 40 rats were divided into 8 treatment groups. I as a comparison group before treatment ( without induced ) , group II was given a suspension of 2.16 mg/200 g xenical ® BB rats , group III was given distilled water ( no treatment ) , group IV infusion dose of senna leaf tea bags 36mg/200 g BB rats , group V was given a teabag steeping leaves starfruit 36mg/200 g BW dose rats , group VI teabag steeping dose combination of senna leaves 18mg/200 g BB rats and starfruit leaves 18 mg/200 g dose of BB rats , group VII granted steeping teabag -dose combination of senna leaves 27mg/200 g BW dose mice starfruit leaves 9mg/200 g BB rats , group VIII granted a teabag steeping dose combination of senna leaves 9mg/200 g BB rats starfruit leaves 27 mg/200 g BW dose mice. All preparations administered orally. The treatment is done for 30 days , the remaining food was weighed and weight loss at the same time.After 30 days of test animals anesthetized surgery for abdominal fat taken . The result showed that all three treatment groups had the effect of decreasing weight and abdominal fat weight in female rats, where as the most effective dose is the dose of senna leaves dye combination 18mg/200g BB rats and starfruit leaves 18mg/200 g dose of BB rats.
