Abstract

Hospital as the healthcare provider for BPJS participants was expected to apply the healthcare service corresponding to INA-CBGs package tariff. It is worried that the cost imposed to patients with decompensasi cordis as catastrophic disease will not be compatible to INA-CBGs package tariff. This research aimed to see the extent to which the real cost was compatible to INACBGs package tariff in patients with decompensasi cordis in RSUD (Local General Hospital) dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. This study was an analytical observational research; the data was taken retrospectively from the patient claim document during September 2014February 2015 in RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. The data was analyzed to see the patient treatment pattern during staying in the inpatient wad, one-sample t test was conducted to compare the average real cost and the INACBGs package tariff and multivariate correlation test to see the factors affecting real cost. The result showed that most treatment patterns for patients with decompensasi cordis employed combination of Furosemide injection + Digoxin tablet. From the analysis, it could be found that the differences of real cost and INA-CBGs package in grade 3 IDR 252,615,778.00, respectively, those in grade 2 IDR 61,030,544.00, respectively, and those in grade 1 IDR 114,492,739.00 respectively. The factors affecting the real cost of treatment were, among others, sex, age, LOS, and secondary diagnosis. Keywords: INA-CBGs, Decompensasi Cordis, Real Cost.
