Abstract

Indonesian case base group ( INA - CBGs ) is used as a system of national health insurance package rates. Payment fee package often there is a difference package rates between INA - cbgs and real cost rates that are often considered to be insufficient. The purpose of this study to determine the magnitude of the difference between the real cost with fare package INA-CBGs in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer chemotherapy hospitalization. Determine the factors that affect the real cost of nasopharyngeal cancer chemotherapy patients, and see the cycles of chemotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer. The design of this research is descriptive analytic. Data were obtained retrospectively from file claims nasopharyngeal cancer patients treated with the total number of episodes 152 of 59 patients. The analysis used is a one sample ttest to determine the difference between the real cost rate INA-CBGs and multivariate analysis to identify factors that affect the real cost . The results showed a large difference between the real cost to the INACBGs tariff code C-4-13-I First class of treatment was IDR.63.398.719; second class of treatment was IDR.11.164.041, third class of treatment was IDR.265.353.088 In C-4-13-II third class of treatment was IDR.36.291.628 . In C4-13-III the first class of treatment was IDR.34.434.030; second class of treatment wass IDR13.562.874 third clas of treatment was IDR.84.122.496. Factors affecting the severity I of the procedure ( p = 0.030 ), LOS (p=0,030), and claa of treatment (p=0,000) in the severity II, LOS (p= 0.002) and in the severity III, LOS (p= 0.041), procedures ( p=0,00) and a secondary diagnosis ( p=0,00). The pattern of irregular cycles has a mean value of the real cost without chemotherapy is higher than a regular cyclic pattern. Keywords: INA-CBG’s, Nasopharyngeal Cancer, Chemoterapy, Real Cost
