Abstract

Drug management in hospital which consist of stages are selection, procurement, distribution and use. One of inefficiency will give negative impact on operational costs for the hospitals, because of a logistics drug is one of the places budget leakage. The purpose of this research is to know the image and procurement measuring efficiency of medicines and the availability of medicines in RSUD Surakarta using indicators efficiency. The type of research on this study is observational analytic with the approach of cross sectional described in descriptive .The collection of data on this research in a retrospective by taking documents and previous concurrent with doing interviews .The data collected qualitative and quantitative The result at the procurement, an indicator that is efficient is the percentage of APBD funds is 103 % and the percentage BLUD funds is 100 % , the frequency of less complete a letter order / a contract only once in a year , the frequency of the delay in payment with partners is 20.8 days in years , the percentage of conformity of a drug with planning the fact for each drugs on APBD funds is 106 % and on the BLUD is 100 %. The indicators which show less efficient is frequency drug procurement with 6,75 times . On stage the drug availability , all indicators yet efficient with the results of the percentage of conformity items with drug formulary doen is 22.2 % , the percentage of the use of generic drugs is 92,2 % , the percentage of drug expired is 2.8 % , the percentage of the use of drugs in the list fornas is 61,5 %.
